Potting and encapsulation materials insulate printed circuit boards and protect them from harsh environments, vibration, moisture, and corrosive materials. ECT can protect PCB's in urethane, acrylic, epoxy and silicone compounds. Each compound has its own strengths and weaknesses, we work closely with your design team to develop a solution that is most suitable to your needs.

Conductive and Non-Conductive (FIP) gaskets
|
Electronic Coating Technologies is equipped to apply both conductive and non-conductive form-in-place (FIP) gaskets. Both types are applied as a gel by a computer controlled, three-axis dispensing system to ensure proper bead dimensions. The material is then cured using atmospheric moisture, heat, or high-intensity UV/Visible light to create a rubbery gasket. There are a number of materials that offer different cure properties and conductive filler types to choose from.
